Education Qualification: Any Graduate/Under Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech with Technical Experience

Work Location   : Hyderabad

Experience         : 1-5 years

Job Description:

1.      Answers basic questions on call about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
2.    Takes end to end Ownership of End User Issues till resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements.
3.    Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
4.    Escalates complex problems to the Remote Support Engineering staff or Field Engineering.
5.    Typically provides support for Internal and External customers.
6.    Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization.
