Border 2 is expected to open at Rs 36-44 crore in Hindi. Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 had an opening of Rs 39 crores.

Advance booking of Border 2 made Rs 2 crore nett (total Rs 2.5 crore) box office collection in Hindi on Tuesday morning. Border 2 is expected to have a similar ending to Gadar 2 which sold 274,000 tickets in national multiplexes and Gadar 2 collected ₹29.9 crore for the weekend and ₹14.95 crore on the opening day.
