Actress and filmmaker Nandita Das has revealed that her current focus is on finding the correct manufacturing partner for her next film, a story she believes that “the need to be told.”
In a reflective post shared on Instagram, Nandita opened her emotional state amid growing global unrest, calling it the time of “collective madness” and “uninteresting tragedies”. He accepted to feel futile in his work but confirmed his commitment to tell the story.
“I have been away from this place for some time because whatever I am doing is a lot of restrictions in front of us,” he wrote. “The world is becoming more and more unwanted. The collective insanity and mindless tragedies left me everything.”

“Unable to sleep, and woke up to the idea – that defeat is not an option,” he continued. “We all have something that we have to do, somehow we have to play our share.
